AlgaSpring has extended facilities for research and development. We do research on other micro-algae species and large scale production of various micro-algae as well as product formulation for aquaculture.

There is a large potential for microalgae based products both in feed and human nutrition. Based on our know how and experience we can fulfill an important role in customer specific product development.
AlgaSpring offers unique research and development capabilities ranging from lab-scale micro-algae growing tests to detailed pilot studies at our facilities in Europe. Our senior scientific staff, including PhD microbiologists, aquaculture and food specialists have multiple years experience in optimizing the growth, quality and applications of microalgae.
